Advanced Swim Lesson

Monday, April 2, 2018 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

This course is designed to provide participants with coordination and refinement of their strokes. Participants should be able to swim with more ease, efficiency, power and smoothness and over greater distances after this course. Flip turns on the front and back are introduced. This course provides an intense interval training swimming work out. This is a great course for competitive swimmers.
