Sometimes maintaining motivation, concentration, and engagement can be difficult through the semester. Come learn and apply strategies to manage your mood in a healthy way and improve your wellness!

Part of the Take Charge Tuesdays workshop series, presented by CAPS.

CAPS workshops are free, require no sign-up, and seats are provided on a first-come first-serve basis.
