UCF students are among the top achieving, most involved, and best educated students in the nation. Attending UCF guarantees a diverse and well-rounded college experience along with opportunity. Many students may wonder how academics and involvement at UCF are preparing them for their future. It is important to understand how the skills and knowledge gained at UCF build the foundation for leadership. In every involvement and experience, students gain transferrable skills that have the potential to develop great leaders. Identifying and intentionally cultivating a professional skillset is at the center of transferrable skills.

We will provide examples of the top sought after skills employers look for, along with the necessary tools students can use to understand how they can identify the transferable skills they are gaining. With this, they can utilize the information and apply it to how they can be used to attain their goals.
