Extreme Fit: Workout of the Knight is a strength and conditioning workout that includes aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Battle ropes, medicine balls, kettle bells, and weight lighting techniques will be used. Let the RWC Trainers and Instructors push you to you limit with this exciting and energizing workout! The class will take place from 7pm-8pm on the RWC Court 1.
