May is Mental Health Month.  Learn how you can help.

Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour training course that can teach you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. You will learn how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health illnesses and addictions.

This course is hosted by PROJECT 375. 

Free and open to the public. 

Refreshments and lunch will be provided.

Registration is required.
