1-3pm – Recreation and Wellness Center & Wellness and Health Promotion Services
Join us at the Recreation and Wellness Center and Wellness and Health Promotion Services for an interactive and fun look at the nutritional, mindful and recreational side of health. The Healthy Knights Tour at the RWC and WHPS starts with a refreshing treat for you to try at our FreshU Mobile Kitchen, the only food truck of its kind which provides opportunities for your student to learn how to make quick, easy, and inexpensive recipes. Then come inside to UCF's Greatest Place to Play, the RWC, where you’ll enjoy high energy and lively workout demos from our group exercise team. Talk one-on-one with our personal training staff about setting your own workout goals! Tours begin at 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm.
