Women on Weights

Tuesday, October 16, 2018 7 a.m. to Thursday, November 1 at 8:30 a.m.

Join female employees from the RWC for this 3 weeks program that promotes resistance training to females. The RWC staff will demonstrate how to properly utilize equipment around the facility, giving females the knowledge and confidence to work out on the weight floors safely. We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am in RWC at Knights Plaza starting 10/16.
