Join female trainers from the RWC for this 3 weeks program that promotes resistance training to females. The RWC trainers will demonstrate how to properly utilize equipment around the facility, giving females the knowledge and confidence to work out on the weight floors safely. We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am starting 10/16.
