Take Charge of Your Mood - CAPS Wellness Workshops

Tuesday, October 23, 2018 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Sometimes maintaining motivation, concentration, and engagement can be difficult through the semester. Come learn and apply strategies to manage your mood in a healthy way and improve your wellness! Part of the Take Charge Tuesdays workshop series.

CAPS workshops are free, require no sign-up, and space is provided on a first-come-first-serve basis to currently enrolled students.
