To celebrate Transgender Visibility Week and Month of the Woman, the Multicultural Student Center and LGBTQ+ Services at the University of Central Florida will host Ms. Janet Mock!
The prominent LGBTQ+ activist and author has been recognized as an outstanding leader in Transgender rights. She has been credited with creating programs and educational events for Harvey Milk High School, an LGBTQ+ high school in New York City. Additionally, Mock is a first-generation college student and earned her Master's degree from New York University.
Following her keynote address there will be a brief meet and greet with students.
