Bob Porter is a management lecturer and the executive academic director of the Executive Development Center at the University of Central Florida (UCF). His academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Business Administration from UCF (management - entrepreneurship/strategy concentration) and an executive MBA from Rollins College’s Crummer School of Business.
Porter’s academic interests include: entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity, business strategy and organizational theory. He is a member of the Academy of Management, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Society of Human Resource Management.
