Our first speaker Gustavo Torres-Decos, MAcc, MTX, MFA - Certified Public Accountant, will discuss legality as a forensic accountant and his biographical story coming from Puerto Rico after managing a factory. Later, he decided to create his community outreach by offering his services as a CPA, not only in the USA but Puerto Rico.
