The Spring 2015 Senior Design Showcase will feature 100 high-tech machines, devices and other real-world solutions created by graduating seniors in the UCF College of Engineering and Computer Science.

Inside/outside the Engineering II building and the Harris Engineering Center, visitors will see what students have spent their entire senior year creating:
- drone that plays laser tag
- three-in-one ocean rescue trailer and gurney
- car seat alert system to prevent infants from being left alone in cars
- latest 3D-printed biomedical engineered devices
- human-powered and electric vehicles
- solar-powered chargers, drones, refrigerator
- rockets, aircraft, cars
- robots that find WiFi signals, landmines, crop disease
- innovative energy solutions
- SO MUCH MORE
Within the showcase is the 7th Annual Symposium on Renewable & Sustainable Energy, sponsored by Duke Energy (9 - 11 a.m., Engineering II, Room 102). Keynote speaker is UCF 1998 engineering alumna Grace Bochenek, Ph.D., director of the National Energy Technology Laboratory.
