The UCF College of Medicine and UCF Alumni Association invite you to UCF MedTalk. Dr. Sampath Parthasarathy will discuss “Wine, the Sun and Food: Keys to a Long Life.” Learn from this leading scientist who studies cardiovascular disease and diet. Dr. Parthasarathy will discuss what is going on regarding these topics in the laboratories around the world and answer your questions, Is all wine equal? Are there foods that could harm you? What could sunlight do? Above all, what is the connection?
