Dinner and a Movie

Friday, November 20, 2015 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Looking for something different to do on a Friday night? Join us for a cooking demo and a screening of the popular documentary A Place at the Table. The cooking demo, led by Wellness and Health Promotion Services, is an interactive experience that teaches students about healthy food options and how to prepare a healthy meal. All attendees will be able to enjoy the delicious food that is prepared during the cooking demo! Following the cooking demo we will begin the screening of, A Place at the Table. This documentary provides an in depth look at the faces of hunger in the United States, and proves that change is needed. Attendees are encouraged to bring a donation of non-perishable food items or linens that will benefit the Knights Helping Knights Pantry or the White Linen Project. Please RSVP on Knight Connect https://goo.gl/vU1xI1 and contact Todd at Todd.Currie with any questions.
