Community Food and Outreach

Saturday, November 21, 2015 11:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
We will be meeting at Lake Claire at 11:15 AM in order to carpool to the Community Food and Outreach Center. Community Food and Outreach is an organization that runs a warehouse which functions as a type of grocery store. This store sells necessary items for living at reduced prices to Orlando's working Poor. At this event we will be helping in a variety of ways from stocking and pricing items to organizing and maintaining shelves. Please consider coming out and giving a few hours of your time to impact your community in wonderful ways. Volunteers are encouraged to dress modestly and wear closed toed shoes. RSVP if you would like to attend!

This is event is part of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week (NHHAW) at UCF. To see the complete list of NHHAW events please visit the Student Care Services website and scroll down to the News and Announcements section.
