Have you ever been interested in attempting a large scale through-hike like the Appalachian Trail or Pacific Crest Trail? This trip will give participants the opportunity to train and learn new skills that will help them better understand and prepare for challenges of backpacking. Big Cypress National Park is home to the start of the Florida Trail, and will be the start of our adventure. Participants will learn skills around packing light and moving efficiently in order to make high mileage and keep stamina high.
