Once again UCF Doctor of Physical Therapy program students are creating a fun-filled day of physical activity for children with disabilities and their families.
This year's Let's Ignite! - Activity Day is planned for April 2 at UCF's Memory Mall near the CFE Arena. There will be two sessions: 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and 12-2 p.m.
D.P.T. students aim to create a fun and memorable day of physical activity for children ages 5 through 21 with physical and developmental disabilities.
The day’s activities are individually adapted to each child’s needs to ensure fun and safety. The event is also a great event for these kids’ families to join in on the fun, or simply have a day to relax and watch their child having fun.
