Voices of Diversity: Medical Student Panel

The Voices of Diversity series presents UCF students and alumni who are first generation or underrepresented in higher education who have pursued or are pursuing graduate or professional fields.

This panel highlights outstanding UCF students and alumni who are currently attending medical school:

David Cantu, UCF College of Medicine (Class of 2016)
Wendy Carcamo, Ph.D., UCF College of Medicine (Class of 2016)
Ramone Eldemire, UCF ‘12, UCF College of Medicine (Class of 2016)
Sharanah Ridore, UCF ‘14 Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine (Class of 2018)
Kesha Thomas, UCF College of Medicine (Class of 2017)

Panelists will discuss the medical school application process, share their experience in medical school, and provide insight and advice to UCF students considering a career in medicine.

Voices of Diversity is funded through the Parent and Family Fund. This program is co-sponsored by Academic Advancement Programs, as well as Multicultural Academic and Support Services, Pre-Health and Pre-Law Advising, Career Services and the UCF College of Medicine.
