Original provided to Faculty Relations. MOU (AA-13) indicates the applicant understands the parameters of the benefit, is an in-unit employee, and hasn’t taken a sabbatical in the last 6 years. Application and copy of MOU is retained in the college and department in order to complete employee evaluation afterwards on their performance on the sabbatical. Employee’s application must have received a ranking (been worthy) in order to obtain a Type II sabbatical.
