Todd is a past president of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Orlando–Winter Park, a past chair of the Florida Kiwanis Social Media committee, and is currently serving as a Lieutenant Governor for Florida Kiwanis. As a member of Kiwanis, Todd has given his time as a volunteer and financially contributed to numerous charitable organizations including UCP of Central Florida, Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida, The Hubbard House, Meals on Wheels, and volunteers as a mentor to students at Esteem Academy and Colonial High School.
Todd is also a member of the Florida Justice Association, American Association for Justice, Orange County Bar Association, and a Guardian Ad Litem volunteer for the Orlando Legal Aid Society. He serves as the chair of the Technology Committee of the Orange County Bar Association and advocates for its members to use technology to better serve their clients and the public.
