The O-Team is one of UCF's most exciting leadership opportunities. Applications are now available through Knight Connect. O-Teamers gain leadership experience, develop soft skills to help reach post-collegiate goals, and assist with the transition of incoming students to UCF. This paid experience will be challenging, rewarding, and "all that and a bag of chips!" O-Teamers are part of a diverse team of students, mentors for incoming students, and a resource for Orientation guests.
