Are you interested in living abroad and learning a new language? Join us to hear from Boren Awards Program Officer Craig Fredrickson as he answers your questions about the program and offers tips on writing a competitive application. Boren Scholars live in Africa, Asia, Central or Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, or the Middle East, and the duration of their stay can range from 8 weeks to 12 months. Stipends range from $8,000 (8-week summer program) to $10,000 (semester) to $20,000 (6-12 months). Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
