Panel - Domestic Terrorism & Homegrown Threats

Thursday, November 17, 2016 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

From UCF's Intelligence Community Center for Academic Excellence's Speaker Series:

You are invited to join us Thursday, November 17 at 1:30pm for a unique panel featuring experts from intelligence and law enforcement agencies on both state and federal levels. Presentations and panel discussion will explore trends, reactions, and impressions of the seeming prevalence of domestic terrorists and radicalizing individuals. Expect to hear perspectives from the following organizations:

  • Federal Bureau of Investigation
  • National Counterterrorism Center
  • Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis
  • Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms
  • Department of Energy’s Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence
  • New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness

Representatives from each agency will be offering their insights as to what role their office plays in keeping citizens safe from terrorism that develops within and then targets the U.S. All students and faculty are welcome, and the presentations and panel discussion will be followed by Q&A.

We hope to see you there!
