Stop by UCF Arboretum's Nature Pavilion for a mouth-watering cooking demonstration by Dr. Rani Vajravelu from our UCF Biology department.
Dr. Rani will be making a delicious meal featuring the seasonal produce grown at the Arboretum's Community Garden! Participants will learn how to incorporate vegetables and greens into their diets and reduce food waste. They will get to see the process, taste the dish, and take home produce so that they can also create a similar meal.
