The Filipino Student Association at the University of Central Florida presents a very special occasion in our history: The 10th year festival of our Sayaw Cultural Showcase!
Sayaw is FSA at UCF's premiere event in the Spring where we showcase many of the cultural dances of the Philippines.
This year's title, you may notice, is in Tagalog. The English translation of Pista Ng Sayaw is "Festival of Dances". In years past, many of our themes have been based on Pop culture; in Philippine culture, it is common to see festivals celebrated year-round to commemorate various days of importance. Sayaw is a yearly day of importance in the life of FSA here at UCF, and therefore we are making it our own "Fiesta".
Learn how to really celebrate an important day, the Filipino way. ENJOY FREE FOOD, RAFFLES, AND GOOD COMPANY! Immerse yourself into the Philippine tradition of Fiestas: experience the entertainment, the food, the big crowds, and all the various activities.
