The UCF School of Social Work, in partnership with Heart of Florida United Way, is offering a Case Management Academy designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of case managers. The academy will meet on the following five consecutive Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Sept. 18, 25 and Oct. 2, 9, 16. It will take place at Heart of Florida United Way, 1940 Traylor Boulevard, Orlando.
