World Blood Donor Day

Tuesday, June 14, 2016 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

June 14th is World Blood Donor Day: an international effort through the World Health Organization to promote voluntary blood donation and create awareness about blood safety and supply issues.

The theme this year is Blood Connects Us All - and blood donors have lived that theme by connecting our entire community in kindness, compassion, and blood donation in response to the tragedy in Orlando.

Stop by our tents near the Big Red Bus from 1:30 - 4:00. Students will be sharing information about blood supply challenges around the world, and how blood truly does connect us all.

The Big Red Bus will be at the site from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - donate blood with us!
