  National Coming out Day is celebrated on October 11th each year and celebrates all identities of the LGBTQ+ Community and to spread awareness. Come on out to share your identity as a member of the LGBTQ+ Identity or an ally!

  Focus on the muscular endurance of your glutes, quads, hamstrings, abductors / adductors, calves and upper body including your chest, back, deltoids, biceps and triceps in this 45 minute class.
