This 6 week 5K running program will meet in-person (Tuesdays at 7am) at the Dr. Phillips Academic Commons SENEFF Plaza. Additional treadmill runs will be scheduled weekly and can be completed at the RWC @ Downtown. No previous 5K training is required. This program is open to all Downtown Students!
