Wednesday June 8th from 11am-12:30pm. Thursday June 9th from 3pm-4pm. After returning from the site, we will take time to debrief and discuss ways in which students can take action from 4pm-5pm. …

Join us for a Bootcamp class in the Group Ex Studio on the 2nd floor of UW! This involves bursts intense and alternate activity as well as functional fitness using whole-body, multi-joint exercises! No reservation needed, remember to bring some water!
