    Join us for a Pilates class in the Group Exercise Studio on the 2nd floor of UnionWest!  Pilates offers a complete core workout by challenging all of our stablizing muscle groups. Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Walk-ins welcome.
