He has served on more than 50 nonprofit boards ranging from the small, local to large, global organizations. He is the Founder and Chairman of National Leadership Institute, a nonprofit devoted to board governance and leadership development, as well as fundraising training with its partner the Sanford Institute of Philanthropy. He is also the current Chairman and CEO of The Deltennium Group, Inc. a consulting practice helping individuals and organizations with effective strategic marketing, managerial leadership, and board governance.
