Energy Transformation in Puerto Rico: Adjuntas' Casa Pueblo

Join us for a special dinner film screening of Casa Pueblo’s Cine Solar’s first documentary “Our Energy Insurrection.” The documentary tells the story of the ongoing energy transformation occurring in the town of Adjuntas, Puerto Rico. Learn about how the Casa Pueblo Initiative is paving the way for sustainable solar energy production away from dependence on fossil fuels.


After the screening of the documentary there will be a discussion with Dr. Arturo Massol-Deyá, a faculty member at the Department of Biology of the University of Puerto Rico Mayagüez Campus and Executive Director of Casa Pueblo de Adjuntas.

This evening presentation and discussion will be conducted in English and Spanish.
