Laura Olson directs the Human Rights Program at The Carter Center. Olson’s commitment to international humanitarian law is evident throughout her career, spanning the International Committee of the Red Cross, the U.S. Department of State and the Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
