UCF Piano Professor Yun-Ling Hsu and the guest Danish pianist Inke Kesseler join with UCF piano students in concert. The piano duo and the piano studio will perform piano solo, duo and ensemble repertoire.
Yun-Ling Hsu:
An internationally recognized pianist, chamber performer and pedagogue, Dr. Yun-Ling Hsu extensively performs recitals and teaches master classes in concert venues, international festivals and schools of music in the U.S., Asia, Europe and Latin America as well as judges in international/national piano competitions and presents in national teachers’ conferences. Inke Kesseler:
Mrs. Kesseler was born and raised in The Netherlands and received with a diploma in piano performance & pedagogy at the Sweelinck Music Conservatory in Amsterdam. She is a highly sought-after collaborative pianist and a professor who has been teaching piano since 1973 at The Jydske Music Conservatory and various universities & conservatories in Denmark, and currently primarily teaching at the Danish National Academy of Music (Conservatory). Her piano students have won many prizes in competitions throughout Denmark and abroad. In addition to teaching, Mrs. Kesseler keeps a busy performing schedule and has been a solid assistant in piano with the Odense Symphony Orchestra and has recorded with the orchestra on many CDs.
