The Grumpiest Boy in the World: A Family-Friendly Play

Saturday, March 13, 2021 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Wanting to be more than the average seven-year-old boy, grumpy Zachary sets out to find a land of giants, flying things, and anything else that will help him standout from the being average kid.

Seven-year old Zachary Briddling is normal in every way: normal height, normal hair, and normal dreams. And this make him so grumpy. Trying to find a way to standout, The Grumpiest Boy in the World follows Zachary as he sets out to a land of giants, flying things, and hairy creatures to discover that anyone is special no matter how plain or ordinary they think they are.

Winner of IPAY’s 2017 Mickey Miners Lifetime Achievement Award, playwright Finegan Kruckemeyer sheds light on the importance of embracing all that makes a person unique.
