Who doesn't love a fancy meat and cheese board?! UCF alumna Julie Fleishman '15, co-founder of Say Cheese Tally, and her business partner Brittany Barnhart will teach us everything we need to know about assembling a gorgeous charcuterie platter. When you register, you'll get a recipe guide to plan your own kit.
About the Speakers: Julie and Brittany are two best friends and neighbors who have been making cheese boards together for four years. Julie is a fellow Knight -- so even though she's in garnet and gold territory, her heart is forever black and gold!
