About the Speaker: UCF alumna Ariel has more than 14 years in the food and beverage industry. Her experience comes from the bar and restaurant world with a focus on convention hotels. As the Director of Beverage, Ariel has created multiple cocktail seminars for clients such as NBC, H&R Block, and Evergy.
