History Department Virtual Open House

Wednesday, September 15, 2021 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The History Department presents its virtual Open House! Join us online to learn what the History program has to offer from internships and research opportunities, to current projects, incoming events and more.

Come meet with faculty, staff, and other students! Several virtual booths will be available for you to ask questions and learn more about topics of interest. 

Virtual Booth 1: Student Engagement – Learn about ways you can gain hands-on experience outside of the classroom.

 Virtual Booth 2: Beyond the Bachelors – Learn about our MA program and how to develop strong research skills as an undergraduate student.

 Virtual Booth 3: Public History Projects – Learn about various projects in the department, including the latest multi-level interactive digital exhibit from RICHES called Bending Toward Justice and the newest developments from the Veterans History Project.

Virtual Booth 4: Minor Programs/Area Studies – Learn about how our interdisciplinary minor programs can diversify your education and provide knowledge in a more specialized area or field of study.
