UCF is accomplishing great things with the implementation of Knight Vision, a multi-year project to transform the way we operate in serving our students, faculty, and staff by increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of our administrative processes. Knight Vision will replace UCF Financials and PeopleSoft Human Resources with Workday, a modern, cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. It will also transform many of our business processes to match leading practices that have been proven effective at other institutions of higher learning.

As we approach the end of 2021, we invite the entire campus community to attend the Knight Vision Open Forum on Friday, December 10, at 2 p.m. to learn more about what has been accomplished so far and what the UCF community can expect in the new year. This session will run 60-90 minutes. President Alexander Cartwright; executive sponsors Michael Johnson, interim provost and vice president for Academic Affairs; Gerald Hector, senior vice president for Administration and Finance; and Matthew Hall, vice president for Information Technology and chief information officer, will join the Knight Vision program team to share information about the overarching impact Knight Vision will have on UCF.
