Faculty Strategic Planning Open Forum on Zoom

Wednesday, November 10, 2021 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Faculty Senate will host a virtual faculty forum on Wednesday, 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., as part of the university's strategic planning process.

The topic is "Trends and Innovation in Higher Education," and here's more on how to participate:.
* Wednesday (November 10), 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (https://ucf.zoom.us/j/99443260614, Meeting ID: 994 4326 0614).

We will start the discussion by considering the following questions:
* What are some of the emerging trends and innovations in higher education?
* In what ways is UCF leading? In what ways are we behind?
* Which opportunities exist to enhance student and faculty experience?

Faculty input on the next strategic plan is crucial as UCF aspires to be one of the nation's leading metropolitan research universities. To reach that goal, the university needs to develop a strategic plan that incorporates where we are and where we need to go. Obtaining input and ideas from all stakeholders is essential for that process.
