Lunar New Year 2022 Celebration

Saturday, January 29, 2022 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Chinese New Year, also known as the Lunar New Year, marks the beginning of the lunar calendar which many Asian cultures and societies follow, making it one of the largest celebrations for many Asian cultures. The holiday is meant to not only welcome the new year but usher in hope, prosperity and good fortune while leaving negativity and misfortune behind. The new year also follows a cycle of 12 zodiacs with this year being the Year of the Tiger, promising big changes, risk-taking, and adventure in the coming year.

This year, MSC is partnering with the Asian Pacific American Coalition (APAC) to bring you an event to celebrate this most auspicious holiday.
