Grant Thornton Speaker Series with Jim Adamczyk and Dean Paul Jarley

Jim Adamczyk is senior executive vice president and chief revenue officer for FAIRWINDS Credit Union. Headquartered in Orlando, and serving members around the world, FAIRWINDS has more than $4 billion in assets and more than 550 employees. With a mission of helping members to achieve financial freedom, Jim is committed to providing solutions that help members to save more, eliminate debt, build wealth, and live generously. Jim began his career with FAIRWINDS Credit Union in 2003 as an intern in the credit union's lending department and quickly moved up within the organization. He was named SEVP/CRO in 2021. A leader in the credit union industry, Adamczyk currently serves on the University of Central Florida College of Business Dean’s Advisory Board. He is the past chair of the Seminole County Chamber, the past chair of the audit board for the City of Orlando, a previous member of TransUnion’s Credit Union Advisory Board and CUNA Mutual Group’s Lending Advisory Panel. In 2014, he was named one of the Orlando Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40.” Raised in Central Florida, Jim received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Central Florida. He resides in the Orlando area with his wife and two kids.
