Brown Bag Lunch with Pauley Lecture Speaker John Price

UCF History Department, in partnership with Phi Alpha Theta National History Honor Society, is pleased to host a Brown Bag Lunch with author John R. Price.

This is a great opportunity for both undergraduate and graduate students to talk with and ask questions of a prominent author in a casual setting. Bring a lunch and drinks will be provided.

John Price is the retired president and CEO of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh. During the first Nixon administration he was special assistant to the president of the United States and executive secretary of the Council for Urban Affairs and the Council for Rural Affairs. His 2021 memoir, The Last Liberal Republican: An Insider’s Perspective on Nixon’s Surprising Social Policy, is a record of his decade of activity in American politics and the Nixon White House.
