Remembrance culture comes from a group or the collective actions of a society, which seeks to keep the past alive and make them present. It considers cultural artifacts that are less emphasized or forgotten but provide valuable insight and linkage to historical social order narratives. It is an inclusive narrative that examines who speaks for whom and about what exploring topics such as the heritage versus history conundrum. It is with the acknowledgement that past issues are very much contemporary issues.
