Franco Ramos is the regional sales and marketing manager for the Central Florida region. He is responsible for delivering strategic consultation and expertise, while providing relevant advice, direction and collaboration to the regional leadership team and multiple lines of business. He is an integral partner in how the region executes on their business priorities, sales readiness and brand compliance.
Franco has over 9 years of impacting store experience across multiple roles spanning production, management, training, design development and consulting. In his last role as a District Manager, he managed 16 leaders with stores servicing 32M households with 68MM in overall deposits. He is a participant and graduate of the Atlantic Marketing Club, Diverse Leaders Program and Extraordinary Leadership Program.
