Pre-Law Peer Mentor:
Pre-Law peer mentorship offers an opportunity to seek one-on-one mentorship from an experienced pre-law peer. The mentorship sessions are designed to be strategic, personal, and geared toward most aspects of law school preparation (academic and extracurricular planning, application and personal statement strategies, letters of recommendation, etc.). Only drop-ins are available. (NOTE: The Pre-Law Peer Mentoring sessions are not academic advising/course planning sessions, but our Pre-Law Peer mentor has extensive training and can provide guidance based on personal experiences and knowledge of Pre-Law resources).
The mentorship sessions are led by Richa Iyer who is a senior Political Science student at UCF.
Prior to meeting with the Pre-Law Peer Mentor, students must first be added to our office’s Law School – Journey to the JD webcourse. To be entered into this webcourse, you can contact our office’s front desk anytime Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00, and they can add you to the webcourse.
