Dr. Lynch is the Florida-wide Partnership Director of the Blackstone LaunchPad @ UCF and a new faculty member in the Department of Management. His background is diverse in higher education as a tenured faculty member in speech & hearing sciences and psychology at Purdue, business strategy at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), PE/VC, and entrepreneurship. He led NASCAR Green to become the largest sustainability program in sports.
