Chloe Milliron, Assistant Manager at Knights Pantry, joins us to speak about how Knights Pantry began and how it has helped many UCF Knights in need. Knights Pantry deals with many of the same issues as for profits such as inventory, budgets, balance statements and more to ensure they are able to continue providing products to those students in need.
