UCF Alumni and Sr. VP, Supply Chain Manager at Brinker International, Charlie Lousignont, comes back home to speak about his career journey and life after graduation with our own Dr. Massiah. Charlie has worked in the supply chain field for the food industry for over 30 years, with P.F. Chang's, Aramark, Fazoli's being some of his employers. He currently works at Brinker International who owns Chillis and Maggiano's and can speak about the advancements in the supply chain field and how large companies are able to coordinate their restaurants having all food and drinks needed to serve hundreds of people each day.
